We will provide simple instructions to get you going. We also provide a book showing the essentials of using a Wordpress blog.

That is the only extra cost you need to make. A domain name is very cheap - typically about $8 per year.
Then set the Nameserver information as follows
Nameserver1 = ns1.cb-host.com
Nameserver2 = ns2.cb-host.com

If you choose a neutral domain name (i.e not too specific) then you can have landing pages for all the different products you may wish to promote.
For example domain name: MarioRecommends.com
Then you can have
